Since its inception in 1984, Winter International has grown from a local wholesale distributor to a global manufacturer, wholesaler and importer for furniture and furnishings. It has tied up with more than 100 large scale furniture manufacturers to produce OEM furniture from their own designers.

Other than a subsidiary in the United States, it has an increasing number of agents actively distributing its furniture globally including key markets such as Asia, Australasia, the Middle East, Europe and North America. To meet the needs of expanded distribution channels, it has acquired a 20,000 sqm warehouse in Guangdong, China.
